Tradelite, it is good that you are investing/trading consistent with your bullish/bearishness of the markets and in line with outlook. Sure beats following 98% of Wall Street advice.

That makes sense (I-bonds) but I would look at high-dividend paying stocks.
OLN & RGR ar 2 examples that I own. OLN has good entry now, while RGR is making new 52w highs, so you have to look at it as getting fully valued.

A few years ago I bought MO, when it was in the $10-12 range, just because the dividend was so juicy.
Besides the div, I got a real nice gain on the capital appreciation on the stock price.

RGR has a 6.9% div
OLN has a 6.5%
Mo has a 4.5% --at the time I bought I think it was 12%
But that was when the i-net bubble was in full flight, so
it got little notice.
