JIM: DVXE: The Dalla's company with good natural gas reserves in TX which was selling close to "book" and with a PE around 2.9<g> had an offer from CRK to buy all its shares at $7.32<g> DVXE stock H today at 10.20AM was $6.90 and is now trading around $6.77 <g> On April 10/01 DVXE shares had a H of $9.01 and in May 29/01 traded at $8.80 (In early February last year it had a H of $117 <g>) so the $7.32 that CRK is offering doesn't seem too much of a premium.<g> DVXE insiders hold only around 13% of shares.<g> siliconinvestor.com siliconinvestor.com RAGL Bernard
