Statement is true. Unions don't spring up in places where everything's peachy. Supply and demand. Re: "Are those who form unions angels?" Hell, no. But then again, I don't want "angels" going to bat for my rights when management decides it's going to raid my pension plan so as to increase the corporate bottom line. I want fighters in my corner, not angels.
