To the thread: As MSFT goes, so goes the NASDAQ.
I was reading John Murphy, a chartist who often appears on CNBC, and he indicated that the NASDAQ has been led up and down by MSFT.

In the past four years, MSFT has been a good indicator in determining the direction of the NASDAQ, and it's been a leading indicator at that. This four year chart should help confirm his thoughts.

The "monthly" chart of the NASDAQ is showing a bullish reversal signal. The monthly chart is important for long term investors and is especially important to institutional investors.

The Stochastics are turning up and the CCI Indicator is showing momentum is rising.

Since we're looking at the monthly chart, and it takes time to turn those indicators around, I would assume we shouldn't take its implications too lightly.

No predictions here, just some food for thought.

MSFT is also showing a bullish reversal signal on the monthly chart and it's a strong bullish indication at that. The CCI Indicator clearly shows momentum rising. Here's MSFT's monthly chart.

re: You worry me. I wish you didn't.

SS said see what you think of this one.

tell SS i think it's sick, fear-based, prejudicial bigotry.
re-read the letter with timothy mcveigh or ted kazinski's
terrorist acts in mind and see if it seems a little
different when you see a white boy walking down the street.

letters like that worry me. i'm glad they do.

I am not going to hold an entire group of people responsible for the actions of a few. We don't need any more Archie Bunkers.
