I am not a counter insurgent expert but I can't believe the amateurish handling of these terrorist threats. Especially the California bridge episode.

Because they publicized it, the enemy knows we're alerted and ready for them. In doing so they lost an opportunity to nail the terrorist in the act and permanently eliminate them from future acts.

Hidden cameras could've been installed at the bridges with night vision capabilities and strategically placed patrols in the area for rapid deployment for suspicious movements. They could have also placed snipers.

How tactically ignorant they are in not thinking the enemy could use the bridges as a diversion to drain our man power to that specific area in order to attack a different objective.

Sheesh,

Dominick

I hope that you are wrong, but no doubt we are vulnerable against this kind of attack.

Best Regards, J.T.
