Most of the Arab world desired "course of action" is the total elimination of Israel. How many decades has "Israel's right to exist" been challenged by Arab nations.

Even if the Palestinians got a leader, who wasn't brain dead for a change, there still wouldn't be peace as long as the other Arab nations were in the hands of despots and dictators.

The tragedy in India was no different before and after the appearance of Ghandi. The tragedy was British oppression and racism.

The greatest tragedy of the Palestinians is that they do not have a Gandhi or a Martin Luther King to inspire them towards a non-violent and truly effective course of action. If they had such a leader, and if they were willing to be led and inspired by such a person, they would have already turned world opinion (and possibly even American opinion) completely to their cause. Unfortunately, such a person is not to be seen anywhere.

LOL! He can't be found because Israel deported him.

Mubarak Awad was deported by the Isreali Supreme Court in 1988 after being jailed for organizing activities involving nonviolent civil disobedience.
