Chip & chip equips were weak today, most I follow closing in the red even as the overall indices posted gains, that's not even counting the after hrs downside... Also looked like "the money" was shifting to some of the smaller caps and away from the large caps, usually a sign of a rally losing it's legs.

At some point valuations have to come into play, but all I keep hearing is "if we break this level we go higher"... and people who are afraid they are "missing the momentum train"... I'll pass on that train ride

But I do agree it looks like the lows are in, for now, and probably another momentum ride after the end of yr.
