Did you cancel? And they shipped it anyway? My cancelled order still shows as open with an expectd ship date as well. If they ship it, I'll just refuse to accept shipment and call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Sucha mistake will cost them shipping, and the time to deal with me and the credit card company. More lost profits. Something got really messed up with Dell this holiday season I think. This all seems so abnormal based on prior dealings with Dell.
