SO I take it you guys are not buying the Intel line that they will be spending less on buildings and that there's about the same amount of money for equipment this year as last? Of course its still not an increase.

st trading:

nice bounce at 40 today. We bounced here in December also. Looks like the 40-50 range is being reestablished. I had a large order to buy at 40, that didn't quite clear. That's probably a ST position, to be sold in the high 40s.
