Alex, did you talk to E-turd supervisor? If your numbers are correct, then you've got a lawsuit on your hands in your favor, and I don't see how you can lose.

If you put a stop loss on Stock ABC at 20, and the stock's low for the day was 22..no way should it be executed, b/c that is the definition of a stock loss.

Now, if ABC tanked to 15, then naturally, Eturd could sell it at 16, and you eat the losses, but this is NOT the case in your situation.

Have you sought legal counsel?
