You don't even know what you are talking about. There was robust growth during most of Reagan's term, and the first couple of years of Bush pere's term, approximately 8 years of it. Then there was a recession that lasted less than a year, and fair growth for the rest of Bush's term, or about 10 years of growth altogether.......

You got it right and even better the markets have historically done better under Democrats than Republicans. Of course everyone knows the average working folks do better as well. But these guys just can never admit that unprecendented prosperity and growth occurred under Clinton as well as the greatest bull market in history which won't be matched for a long long time if ever. If the Bush Admin gets the Nasdaq back to where it was when they took office, it will take some real doing. Let's see 2300-1770 equals 530 points divided by 2300 hummmmmmm they are down by 23% thirteen months into the term, oh well
