Current tally

Approximately $15,743,790 has been raised through the equity line (I suspect there's some rounding of $ reported) since inception for 3,115,352 shares. Average of $5.05.

Next is reporting, 3Q should provide a sense of how strong cash position was with the Jan draw.

The latest $2mm draw will show up in the 4Q/YE report.

There's 60 calendar days left in this fiscal year.

Best to DMX management, loyal shareholders and bird watchers.

To all,

There are many timelines.

There are as many realities as there are lifeforms
strapped in the linearity of our personal timeline,
watching our individual cinema play out.

Remember how you felt? When it was on the line? Both
winning and losing changing your life; but, with only
one outcome. Throw the dice now. Throw the dice.

Alive. That's right.

Nobody bought this stock for it's dividends or it's history.
You bought it because you think you might make bigger money
taking a higher risk on something you're willing to believe.

Well this year we're going to find out.

Limping into 2003 without FDA is abject failure. Refusal
of the NDA is sudden failure. Approval brings J&J and
the USA.

Pennsaid's future will be resolved this calendar year.

...

April may well be lukewarm although I think the draws have
stopped for a short while. I 'believe' the agreement
stops end of May. In May, I think there's a decent chance
of resolution - but it's June when it becomes probable
(remember your biotech history of beaurocracy and the
theory of warped time continuum) and July when it becomes
very likely with most thinking this is far too long.

Chart wants a trend and current look is down. I wouldn't
build on that. The CIBC heavy seller gave the shorts and
the longs an opportunity. We may well go anywhere with
the price in the meantime. Who knows if that seller is
done, or a new one comes, or we stare at the price in
the morning for an hour until we realize everybody left.

If your money stays on the table until Pennsaid success
or failure is resolved (FDA - yes or no), what can you
be thinking if you give price meaning now? July/August
may be the time for that.

The successful plant inspection was announced last month.
45 days ago to be precise.

A bit early to be wondering what's wrong in my mind.

Deranged as it is.
