Any way to overlay your VIX chart with the SPX or S&P ?

Is it possible to see the market continue to trend higher with the VIX going so low. Looks like this has been happening for about a month or so.

If so, what happens to the market when the VIX turns up again? Wouldn't that be a great set-up for an explosive rally?
