I think garnering international support for incursion into Iraq will be a hard sell for Bush. I smell a bluff here.

Another reason they don't want to fight in the summer is the difficulty with flying helicopters in high temps. They need to use much more power to make lift. More power especially with all that sand about is bad news for reliability and service intervals.

NE short still has much downside left. Oil is not going much higher IMO.
