I work for one of the RBOC's & arrange for the installation of some of the stuff being sold on EBAY. Jim you're right about the install & service on the equipment from the smallest business phone systems to the the NT switch. The equipment is a small part of it. The support after the install is really important...you wouldn't believe the calls I get every day. That having been said....damn those prices are phenomenal! Is it a sign of the times that the item getting the most attention is a predictive dialer? Will telemarketing ever end? John
