The problem with the CC was that they couldn't comment on any future MS products so they didn't really give news except that AMD is collaborating with MS on x86-64 versions of Windows. I guess we have to wait for an official announcement from Microsoft until we really know about their plans regarding x86-64. So far nothing really has been confirmed. Quite a disappointment IMO.

Wanna: I didn't see a date for the new Windows availability, or even if it will be the current generation of Windows (XP or .NET).

A really b*tchy female managed to get AMD to say that the 64bit Windows version they would be demonstrating tomorrow was .NET:

"The current code is a development version of the .NET"
