Check here and notice that the SEC in article 6 alone is citing 30 cases of MM manipulation and the SEC catches a tiny % of anything fraudulent going on.

Oh, the pink sheet OTCBB. Is that where you're speculating?

Did you know that the failure rate in penny stocks is worse than buying out of the money options? Anyone speculating there is a greedy fool and is guaranteed to lose. When they do they come up with the original idea that they were cheated. They never blame their fellow speculator, instead, they blame the MM who most likely wasn't involved. Why bail out a fool from bad judgement? Their fellow speculator won't bail them, so who would? AT some point the only bail is the MM and far away. I'd say that was quite fair in that the alternatives is ruin.

Without the MM on the OTCBB please tell me who would be on the other side of your attempt to get out? Your good fellow speculator, the one who is trying to pull on you the same Ney-like swindle that you're trying to pull on them?

You got nothing to say, hypocrite, and you have no business in markets. The SEC should be going after you and they know it, but they have to put on a political song and dance of punishing the bad guys so that you can feel good about yourself.

You are a disgrace.
