One I particularly like is that a company can be delisted for providing known false information.

See, now, there's yet another example of how regulation fails. It's shocking to me that - if indeed you're reading it correctly - the providing of false information wouldn't be grounds for delisting!

It should be, and should have been all along. Only now this initiative is passed? We should not be cheering that sort of regulation - that variety of regulation should be expected, and is if anything ridiculously overdue.

The question I'd ask is, "Were regulators engineering markets and targeting pricing intervals...when they should have been passing regulations of this sort?"
