Ok but the IRS could take the database and compared it to the Tax forms of each individual and see if the offshore box was checked and if not .... NAIL EM just like the IRS did Al Capone... Falsifying Tax Documents .... But will they I do not know ... But I would take a look at anyone who asisted in growing this cartel and protecting it on SI... This thread and its leader would be the ones the supenoas states further charges those and I quote ELGINDY's paid subscribers received the information and recommendations first, so that they could position themselves to profit if the broader market reacted to the exaggerated negative market sentiment for the stocks. The subscribers, including subscribers in the Eastern District of New York, passed a portion of their profits back to ELGINDY in the form of subscription fees. That is the most naive statement that I have seen on this board in the last several days. "I know personally that the broker he used follows strict tax reporting procedures." Just because the broker wanted you to fill out forms for an account that you never even funded, you can publicly make a statement as the one above! That only means that YOU, a stranger to the firm, had to fill out a lot of documents for an account that you "never funded". It is rather hillarious to see some of the postings on this board by people that dont know SHXT, but want to give an opinion based on not knowing SHXT! ARE YOU EVEN AWARE OF HOW MANY FALSE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS WERE USED FOR THE SHORT TRADING? LOL I thought not !!!
