I am a 'former' site member with a Canadian account.

I would be happy to provide trading records and tax returns.

I'm about the most squeeky clean person you will ever find. I've been on tony's site and this thread throughout the entire history. I have done not one single unethical thing.

Some people here are just going wild with accusations and presumptions.

Rather than act as a District Attorney, why not try thinking like a judge - if you wish to know truth that is what you will do. You will weigh evidence, think about supposed facts from two sides.

If you wish to fight, then 'as you were'.

Something about all this reminds me of those old Ponderosa episodes. Where the hell is Ben Cartwright?

God help us. It's a sad, sad sight - how brutal and injust people can be.

Peter

Ga Bard-- It is unlikely the govt will make anyone on the database public. There is no reason to bring charges against the small fish that did not have direct access to the unlawful info. They must also consider the ramifications if a lawyer or 100 lawyers decided to go after more than amr's assets. There is little reason they would do so unless there is readily available criminal info which seems unlikely. Even tax problems would be handled by the irs just like all others. Govt agencys will not want to make a big meal of the minnows when they have the big fish in the frying pan..
