What about a civics test as a requirement to vote? Where do you stand on that?

Also, should certain segments of society (business owners or land owners or those above a certain income level) have their votes count more?

I'd add anyone who didn't take the time to register 30 days prior to an election shouldn't be allowed to vote. This motor voter and sending selected people, ie recent and illegal immigrants, cards should never happen. If a person really wants to vote they can show up at a county registration office with a proper ID.
