Kerry, if Tony knew of investigation/arrest, why wouldn't he have given the gun and ammo to a family member? That's why I think he didn't know about it. I didn't know about the uhual but it's not like you can drive a uhaul to Lebanon ;-) Yes, there were a number of factors involved and I do realize the gravity of the situation. Perhaps the US just took the attitude, better safe than sorry. Don't want to look like the FBI slipped up. They'd much rather have an innocent man in jail at this point. I understand but perhaps it still isn't fair to his defense as were the seizures. FYI he liquidated his childrens accounts September 18, not recently. I think his attorney or someone said he transferred the money to pay for a vacation condo in Lebanon.
