Ground Zero, the risk of making Arafat the issue is that Arafat is very easy to get rid of and with the news reports flowing in this morning it is becoming evident that he may loose a lot of his stranglehold. After that, the world will ask the question if Israel can accept the concept of 1967 boundaries once the Palestenians accept a system without Arafat. That is a question that Israel will have to answer next. Bush put it very cleverly (unusual for him) this morning at Camp David.
