Thsi is very similar to the situation between Arafat and the Hamas/Islamic Jihad. I tend to think that the gathering of Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon, is a show of strength to Israel. If Chairman Arafat does unite the fighters, IMO Hezbollah wants to make sure that Israel does not take advantage of the situation by attacking the Palestinians. IMO, America should, and will warn Israel not to attack the Palestinians if they announce a cease-fire. I also believe that if the militant groups announce a cease-fire, they will honor, and strictly enforce it. I think their sense of personal honor demands that they keep their word. IC
