And any CIA guy will tell you that the "gutting" started with RONNY RAYGUN....since the abuses had gone SO far off the chart....it's what was deserved. The fact that they HAD THE INFORMATION with or without this budget debate does not take away from the INCOMPETENCE shown by the FBI and CIA....THEY HAD THE INFORMATION....therefore they had ENOUGH MONEY TO GET IT!
