cfoe - Sounds good to me..very good. A very long wait. This must be the most secret campaign on the announcment of any product in history. Maybe I'm wrong and 1X in a PDA with video and GPS is going to make no impact whatsoever on the US consumer ( assuming there are any US consumers after this week!!) but I still believe that 1X is going to bring about a entire change in our lives and for the better and more enjoyable. August will do fine and the first week will be even better and I will buy a PDA voice ahndset for my wife as soon as I can see one in a store in Houston. Best, L

I also talked to Radio Shack Sprint salesman yesterday. He said he hadn't had training yet. He expected the rollout Aug 10-11 though. When I asked about 1x data phones he said there are some very cool models on the way. He said they couldn't sell them yet, because they would be in limited supply, and since they couldn't sell them now as "data 1x" phones they wanted to have enough when the launch was underway. I asked about Samsung A500 and he was aware of it and said there would be several color models like it.
