You need to get the facts i'm going by what i see everyday from living here, working in the industry, and what the experts say.

That's a local condition. I don't see that down here. In fact I just got a realtor asking if I would sell my house for a record amount and I never listed it. I also don't see people buying and flipping like I did in the late 80's here so housing might slow down, but unless employment really tanks I don't think it will collapse us.

I heard Maria Bartaromo said we should look for shorts. Well.... I missed some profits on the short side (like I always do... I just try to make money from the middle of the pie and leave the crust and crumbs for someone else).

All I have to say, is if I heard her say that and was short, I'd have covered them all. Soon as the last little guy thinks shorting is easy money, it's over or close to it.
