Here are the results:

What do you consider the best investment today?

Bonds
7%

Cash
14%

Gold
22%

Real Estate
14%

Stocks
43%

I almost consider bonds the best buy because so few answer bonds. Stocks still above 40% on the poll.

Had a guy on CNBC today telling us that the average S&P PE is in the upper 30's if true earnings are used. Historic average is close to 20 and bottoms much lower. Scary

Sounds like the beginnings of a housing crash & liquidity crisis:

Key numbers:
"Funds From Operations (FFO) increased to $22.5 million, or $0.64 per diluted common share, from $22.1 million, or $0.68 per share, for the same period last year."

Key quote:
"There appears to still be significant demand for our type of affordable housing, however, until we can solve the basic problems of inventory and repossession over supply are brought back into control, and we once again have the availability of competitive financing, we will not see a major improvement in overall operations."
