Dave you are making a fool of yourself here. Saddam has no launch vehicles capable of sending anything further than 100 miles. And if he constructed launch vehicles perhaps we could just fire a missile and destroy them, hhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm is that so hard.......you guys are blowing a lot sheet about him and what he will do.......especially after he has done jack sheet for 11 years

An atmospheric test would also place Saddam himself in the fallout. To do such would provide Jr. with all the allies he wants..... btw, the French haven't tested above ground since 1974....everything since then and until they stopped in 96 was underground.
