Warning!.... raised in Sicilian household..... tried Emeril's pasta sauce last week..... don't use it if anybody important is coming over for Italiano night..... The stuff was near inedible..... but, I'm used to the stuff my Granny made.... I think if you would have spilled his sauce near a lit candle....the table would have gone up in flames..... Shootie

Welcome, and thanks for the tip. We don't usually serve much salad here, but if there's a good high fat dressing to go with it we can make an exception. Why don't you bring a bottle by and we'll give it a try?
