During an official meeting on Islamic-Christian dialogue, an authoritative Muslim person, speaking to the Christians participating, at one point said very calmly and assuredly: "Thanks to your democratic laws we will invade you; thanks to our religious laws we will dominate you." It won't happen. America has risen from nothing, to being the most powerful nation on Earth, because it is God's will. IMO, our spectacular growth is proof that democracy is God's will. IC

Hi Lorne: This jumped out at me. Anyway, history teaches us that determined minorities always manage to impose themselves on reluctant and silent majorities. As you may remember saying that the majority may not be too silent on this issue now and that speaking out is the way to freedom is what got me banned from Amein the muslims thread. Don't really think Createn would oppose him once he starts. Still can't believe it's been a year since America was attacked with no major offensive. We are all aware that we must distinguish between the fanatic and violent minority from the tranquil and honest majority, but the latter, at an order given in the name of Allah or the Koran, will always march in unity and without hesitation.
