IMO the biological threat is the more scary one it can be delievered by some innocent looking little islam guy to a city of millions of people and the islam terrorists have proven to the world that they have no problem with killing innocent people. Saddam will not only drop a nuke on Israel, but he'll also send one into Tehran. Saddam will not drop a nuclear weapon on Israel, because he KNOW'S the that all of Iraq would immediately cease to exist for the next 10,000 years. Saddam just wants Arabs to believe he would do it, so he can fool some Arabs into supporting his evil ambitions against his Arab and Persian neighbors. Just as he HAS DONE BEFORE. IC
