Hi Neenny,

I've been out all day, just catching up. I've never heard of making cookies from cake mix. Neat! Are they puffy and chewy?

I've got a great cookbook of cake recipes that start with mixes. You tart them up with extra eggs, sour cream,pudding, nuts, etc. Some of the recipes are excellent and I've passed them off as scratch when my daughter has parties and invites thirty marauding teenagers to the house.
