As long as you're baking your heart out and not eating the art, shouldn't you open another bake shop? It would be from your house, and open only to those with invitations and their friends, and only, like, for a couple of hours a week.

There is a bakery in Portchester that makes the best bread on earth. When I'm in Westchester, I try to go to Portchester too, and bring home their provolone bread, which has cheese dripping out of the loaf; their poppyseed onion bread, the sesame seed loaf, and the ciabatta. And others. I freeze them. The baker studied in France. His plain baguettes aren't as good as those you eat in France, at least not by late in the day, and he acknowledges it -- he says it's because they bake baguettes five times a day in Paris.
