Funding a guy taking photographs of men pissing on other men is not one of them. Sometimes people do not know what is in their own best interests. I see. But you in your wisdom do. I can think of others who believed that. I'm sure you can come up with some names. Hey, buddy, the basis of democracy is that people DO know what their interests are- -short term, long term, and best. A (rightful) distaste for communism keeps some people from agreeing to voluntarily share anything on a group basis. You seem to want to share my wallet. The only weapon a decent society may use against such fear is persuasion. You may persuade all you want. Persuading state and local gov'ts is fine. If you can persuade all the way to a federal Constitutional amendment, you can get the whole thing.
