I don't blame Ken too much. I have had appeals (As I am sure you all have had) from banned posters asking for help in getting back on. I have told them I would probably have done about the same as Ken. We really need the Liberals on the thread, or it just gets too boring. The problem is that we have many more articulate people on the right compared to the left. I like John, and if we all gang up on him, he really takes a pounding. When things slow down, we BS a good bit, and that is fine by me.

What's really sad is when folks are unwilling to justify their opinons with anything substantial. Whats really sad is when folks can't just discuss the issue and let the readership decide how they feel about the presented positions. It's when the participants pummel each other as though the entire world is watching and they feel they have to win win win. There are definitely some who need to give themselves a shake and get a life. Make your point and move on people. C
