BS, Maurice. The well-run research aside ( My favorite is that using a phone is equivalent to a .12 % blood alcohol level ), the anecdotal evidence attested to by judges and police officers is overwhelming. Heck, the anecdotal evidence among plain motorists is overwhelming.

If you are using the phone while driving, you are a reckless driver. If you think reckless driving is acceptable, you are an ass.

Hi M,
I've been rear ended THREE times in ten years by folks lighting cigarettes. It must be me :o) I wonder if they are out to get me. I quit ten years ago...

They actually have done studies here (Canada) that folk eating in the car ARE just as impaired as those babbling on the cell..

Shouting at the Radio ROTF... I do that LOL....
but I always stop the car before beating my kids ;o)
