That thread reminds me of the Arab-Israeli conflict. It goes on and on and on with no end and seemingly no way out.

I found that removing the bookmarks worked wonders.

Meanwhile, I will maybe catch up on reading and even get involved when - or if - the latest fatuous pop-ups get removed. Saying 'No' to 5 unwanted cookies and closing one pop-up (which goes modal dialog, forcing to the front twice), per every actual SI een, also works brilliantly to remove any desire to linger.

OMD, can't you do anything about these salesmen cold-calling?
