Hutchison Delays Opening Of 3G Stores

THE MOBILE phone operator 3 looks set to delay the opening of its first three shops as it irons out glitches with its third-generation phone technology. 3, which is controlled by Hong Kong's Hutchison Whampoa, had hoped to be the first in the UK to launch 3G services in stores in London's Oxford Street and High Street Kensington and in Birmingham.

At least 1 million new subs in the period between October 14th and Nov 12th...

A little slower than the previous 3 week period in which 1 million subs were added....but I think the beginning of October was a holiday period which boosted sales.
