The folks who live on the land take first dibs on the land in question, which is why I speak negatively about the colonization of Palestine with foreigners over the wishes of the indigenous people there at the time. Yet you now think there should be a date set ( 1945 )where as of that date land should be returned to arabs. I don't quite understand your reasoning, is it based on your dislike of Jews or your love of arabs or are you just trying to be fair? Why should 1945 be any different from past practices through out history.
