Yes he did build the best road system in the world. Able to move tanks over it. Gave Eisenhower the idea for our interstate system. One mile out of 10 has to be straight with no overpasses so it can be an airfield.

Colin Powell said the way to defeat terrorism is to defeat poverty. This is basically the same statement made by Senator Patty Murray. Of course, you won't criticize Powell. He is a Republican and therefore, above criticism.
