Davis was the biggest victim ROTFLMAO!!!!! But let's analyze that. The state of CA was not in the business of retailing energy prior to Davis starting it, right? And Davis had an election coming up. Which he would very likely lose if electricity and gas prices skyrocketed. So, to save his re--election (and, he hoped, shot at the Presidency), he put the state into the business of buying and retailing energy and gas. Using the surplus accumulated in the state treasury over decades. Along the way, the state economy tanked. And state income with it. He knew that. That's his job. So what's he do? INCREASES STATE SPENDING AND EMPLOYMENT!!!!!!! Sounds like incompetence and malfeasance to me. You better get your facts straight, boy. You and your client are looking at life without parole.
