the community college fee increase is good and a little light. I am taking classes at community college and I can certainly afford more than $22/unit (which is double current $11/unit). Java classes are 3 units, these classes should cost $100 or so. They should have tripled the fees.

Cigarette tax is a ridiculous tax!

I do not understand the logic in increasing cigarette tax.
You are only taxing a few and ones that have a shorter life expectancy anyway. The taxes become so high that it forces many to quit. That means less taxes, so then what????
