What if you saw a very heinous murder yourself, it was caught on video, the DNA was positive, and the perp admitted it without coercion? In such a case, there is no chance of a so-called "Oops!"

Would you be in favor of the state executing him?

I'd be more inclined to make the process better rather than to eliminate it. You don't, I presume, trust that the process could be made "100% Oops!-proof"? Perhaps that is too much to ask of the Government. <g> Maybe hire some professionals, instead. It'd give what's left of the Gambino crew something to do. Legit, at last.

So you'd prefer that they victims relatives and buds go and grab the perp and kick the $$$$ out of him until he's dead?

Is it necessary to have a trial under this scenario? SInce we're going to vigilante justice?

Say they decide to build a homemade rack and SLOOOOOWLY pull him apart alive. Does this still apply?
