You still haven't answered my question. Why do Asians have to be screwed over by affirmative action?

I assumed it was rhetorical. There doesn't seem to be anything in these plans to force asians to be respresented in smaller percentages than they are found in the population. What is your definition of screwed over?

You still haven't answered my question. Why do Asians have to be screwed over by affirmative action? Will you propose giving Asians "more favorable" status because of their merits? Or will you finally realize how stupid affirmative action really is?

You and Harry have spent post after post praising the intelligence, the discipline, the love of education, the commitment bla bla bla of Asians. You guys went on to point out how successful they've become and further, to the world's amazement, how they have bridged the income gap between whites and Asians. The lovefest got so thick I was very close to projectile vomiting. ;~))

And now you ask why they have been "screwed over" by AA. I think the real question is........if Asians are in near parity with whites in terms of education and income as you and Harry proclaim so vehemently, why do you think they should be treated differently/separately from whites when it comes to this issue of AA?

Frankly, based on the current evidence, I think its a little late for you to be getting pissed.
