Nevertheless, segregation and income disparity are increasingly a Northern and Midwestern problem.

When the Census Bureau talks about segregation, they usually include suburban areas close to the urban cores.

I'd say the venue is changed and the root cause is now very different.

The venue is America. There is a massive change in opinion of both blacks and whites. Educated whites who have by percentage increased dramatically do not believe color is a means of judging capability. I don't know how many educated blacks know this or believe this about educated whites.

The root cause of continued no progress in blacks is a changing belief that they are entitled to special treatment and a belief the all whites are ignorant and uneducated in their perception of equality.

The current leadership of the dem party encourages this to enslave blacks in the dem cause.

Human nature is that anyone who approaches others with an attitude that you owe them will not be liked and will not succeed often. This is self defeating attitude. It also cues ones perceptions of that group and may lead to interpreting actions in that light that were not meant that way.

This attitude, "the hillary mindset" will keep all who live by it to fail eventually.
