For an adult male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, a BMI of 22 means a weight of 149

Thats way to low IMO. I am overweight but I would be lean at 175 and wouldn't consider my weight a problem if I stayed under 185 and I am 5' 9". 175 would give a BMI of 25.8 185 would be 27.3
