Kim Jong cares for his people?!! Pul-leaze. Just admit Bush is in a pickle now (and we all are) of NK decides to use some of its military might to prove itself. We have no real way of stopping them short of all out war. And Saddam is the bigger threat? I think not.

You are really uninformed about NK.

He needs cash because the Chinese and the Soviet Union have stopped giving him aide after the cold war ended. Everyone now demands NK pay for things in cash, that's why he sells missles.

East Germans watched West German TV and radio, NKoreans know nothing about the South.

Frankly the South doesn't want unification, they don't want the cost - two countries is fine with them.

I lived in South Korea for eight years, my wife's Korean and we do get the news.
