If it altered the relative tax rates of Rich VS Poor, it would be a true "code" change. As it is, it's just a squarely fair cut which does NOT alter the relative tax rates between the rich and the less so. Frankly, SAYING such tax cuts won't stimulate the Economy is one thing, making it so is a nigh impossible 'nother thing, IMO(because its real spendable money put in the pockets of real everyday Americans in every little town across the country, it HAS to have a good effect, IMHO). Now if Government spending would be cut equally with taxes, all would be better.

YES. Just a basic Economic fact! There isn't an industry you can name that might not potentially benefit from your purchase, in fact(though McDonalds benefits first).
