When my Dad was in the Marines, they taught him never to say "gun." A boot who forgot was forced to parade naked with only his rifle. With one hand he shouldered his rifle; with the other, he held his ... well, you know. He had to say over and over: "That is my rifle, this is my gun (indicating that which his left hand held at attention). My rifle is for shootin'; this is for fun." He never made that mistake again.

Proceeds will be used to cripple children. Evening massage - 6 p.m. Low Self-Esteem Support Group will meet Thursday at 7 to 8:30 p.m. Please use the back door. For those of you who have children and don't know it, we have a nursery downstairs. The Ladies Bible Study will be held Thursday morning at 10. All ladies are invited to lunch in the Fellowship Hall after the B.S. is done. Remember in prayer the many who are sick of our church and community.
